At WNDRbike.com we are incredibly confident you will love our wide range of bikes. However, if for any reason you don't, please see our policy on the following. 

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 424-488-7661, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@wndrbike.com any time. 

 

Refunds and Returns.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of WNDRbike.com control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Please Read the Following

When you are making a purchase from WNDRbike, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to WNDRbike within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to [email] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 


Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns

The WNDRbike default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

All of our products have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

All customers agree that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above. 

Individual items will have varying refund and return policies depending on the manufacturer. Please see individual product pages for details or contact [your store email].

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!

BRAND BY BRAND RETURN POLICY

VELOWAVE/VEEFA

Payment Processing:
When you place an order (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. This applies regardless of the item's shipping date.

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order for free before it ships. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation request will reach our warehouse in time to stop the shipment, so please notify us as soon as possible.

After Shipment:
If you cancel your order or reject the package after it has shipped, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

To cancel an order, email our customer service team at support@wndrbike.com. Once your cancellation request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Please do not return a package without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will be refused, and you will be responsible for any related fees or losses.

Exchanges & Returns

Free Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement if the product has:

  • Severe shipping damage that impacts functionality.
  • Missing parts.

To process your request, you must provide photos or videos as evidence.

Please note:
Minor cosmetic issues, such as small scratches, paint imperfections, or damage after excessive use, do not qualify for free replacement.

Possible Solutions:

  • Missing Items: We will send the missing parts at no cost.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: You can choose a full refund or a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for incorrect items when applicable.
  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us at support@wndrbike.com for assistance.

14-Day Returns

For E-bikes:

  • New and Unused Condition:
    You can return your e-bike within 14 days of receipt for a refund. A $200 shipping fee per item will be deducted, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Used Condition:
    Used e-bikes may be returned within 14 days, but a $200 shipping fee and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The e-bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.
  • It must be in like-new condition, free of dirt, dust, or fragrances.
  • All original packaging and accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be included.

For Accessories:
Accessories must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A $20 restocking fee per item will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Important:
If you arrange your own return shipping, you must use a service with signature confirmation and consider adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or issues with self-arranged shipments.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • E-bikes delivered more than 14 days ago or used for more than 10 miles.
  • Batteries, special orders, sale items, and gifted orders.

Refunds

If you used a discount code for your purchase, the discount value will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

Return Policy

At Coastal Cruiser, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping).
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original parts and packaging intact.
  • Signs of Use: Items that show signs of use may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Approval Process

  • Pre-Approval Required: All returns must receive written approval from Coastal Cruiser before being shipped back.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be refunded. Customers can choose to pay for return shipping to reclaim the item or forfeit it entirely.

Refund Options

  • Approved returns can be refunded via store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original form of payment, subject to written approval.
  • If a refund to the original form of payment is not possible, store credit or an exchange will be provided.

Restocking Fees

  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Misuse: Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or improper care (e.g., left exposed to the elements) are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If Coastal Cruiser is at fault for an error or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refused Shipments: If an item is refused and the error is on us, you will receive a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Original Packaging: All returns must include the original box, regardless of its condition. Customers will be responsible for additional wrapping or fees if the original box is missing.
  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 10–30 days of receipt, though most are completed sooner.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we’ve made it easy to cancel your order.

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation at no cost.
  • Cancellations After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee.
  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already left the warehouse, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

If you don’t see the refund in your account within three days, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. Contact us at support@wndrbike.com if you have not received your refund after 10 business days.

 

 

HARO BIKES

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no cost as long as the bike has not shipped.

Returns After Shipment

  • Timeframe: Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
  • Conditions: If a return is not related to a warranty or product issue, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees incurred to return the bike.
    • Restocking Fee: A $250 restocking fee.
  • Requirements:
    • The bike must be returned in its original box.
    • A copy of the proof of purchase must be included.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned bike is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

BAKCOU BIKES

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase or under 10 miles ridden. 

Items must be in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund and you are responsible for shipping costs. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns. 

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wndrbike.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Shipping Damage Claims

Products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive and will not be accepted more than 3 business days after delivery. Please note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before accepting delivery and signing off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage found and date the images when possible. Report freight damage claims within 3 business days of delivery
